Full-price merchandise a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase in the online store sales orders and returned within 14 days of delivery date. Refunds will be issued in the same form is used to pay.

Be returned merchandise must be new, unused and in perfect condition.

If you have already passed the deadline for return, we must issue the refund or exchange of a commodity, as long as the item is returned within our current collection online.

Sales and past collections are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Is not allowed in the previous purchase price adjustments.

In the boutique we export goods purchased are final sales.

When the process is returned to your credit card will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes, once the item has been received. Transportation costs are not refundable unless we made a shipping error. A confirmation email will be sent once processed online returns. Refund will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to see a return on your credit card.

If you receive damaged items or we process your order in error, please note that you must notify 7 working days from the date of delivery of customer service.
